    @worshiper1994 Dates or an apple used to work for me. I now prefer working out faster but sugary Freitas works great if I want a boost.

    @ladyinjury1818 If you are feeling challenged, you are improving. It might be helpful to have have one longer session with a lesser intensity once a week. Mixing it up is always a great idea.

    @marimur Get the Peloton app and use some of their 5 min warm ups or ab workouts to fill in on days where you don’t want to think.

    I’m going back to the office. How did I workout before work again?!

    @eddie17 Especially a backup bra and underwear. These were the items that I would just forget on occasion. Keeping spares at work were a lifesaver. In the winter, I was a big fan of wearing a dress with tights, boots (that I kept at work) and a heavy sweater (that I also kept at work).
