    @great_depression This is awesome! Does anyone have a visual of how these phases would line up with the “phases” from the Clue app? Edit: I think I understand the two phases, except what would be going on during the period?

    @24korange I feel you! It is especially hard at first, before you start feeling the results. But once you do, they are so worth it! I used to struggle daily tasks like carrying heavy grocery bags; now they’re no problem! It feels great no longer dealing with issues I thought were just “normal”...
