    @barbaraaltman Don’t even try to avoid them! Wear them as a sign of hardwork and growth 💪 Also OP, that is a pretty aggressive bulk my friend! I would be a little more cautious with that approach and be sure to stay closer to the .5 lbs per week.

    @pinkflower89 For Sure! All I meant by "safely" is that the knees are traveling over the toes without causing any sort of pain or discomfort in the joint.

    @pinkflower89 @kvolm nailed it! Anything (at least mostly any movement) in which the knees are safely traveling over the feet and you are creating a lot of knee flexion (bending), is going to bias/favor the quads!
