    What's your workout plan for the week??

    @pjfl M-upper body power; T-Lower body power; W-chest and arms Hypertrophy; TH-back and shoulders; F-lower body HT; Saturday-HIIT and walk until my mom is out of yoga; Sunday- deadlift and stair stepper for 30min. Also running with my friend MWF in the evening. Gonna help her get to a 5k!

    What percent of your income goes towards fitness?

    @christian2011 I’m just under 2% annually for gym membership, class pass, and MacroFactor. For me, workout clothes and nutrition are part of other budget areas. It’s really interesting seeing what everyone’s looks like!

    Skinny fat (135 lbs) to skinny and toned (127 lbs) (2011-2018)

    @safethusfar I love the hot Cheeto fries and sometimes I start to crave them something fierce. I’ll wait about a week and see if I still want them (almost always yes), then save my calories so I can enjoy a bag of heaven for dinner.
