    @fl_gentleman Yeah, my advice is to consume large amounts of non calorie dense foods. Eat as much vegetables as you want, and add some protein source such as chicken to aid in the feeling of satiation.     @fl_gentleman Personally, when cutting I really struggled and always felt hungry for the first month, but now some days I can go the entire day on just 1 meal (obviously I force myself to eat more than that). It just takes some time to get used to.
