@elmerrm2007 :( Calories is calories regardless where it comes from IMHO XD There was a thread with the comment " he/she can't just go eat 3000 cal of kale"... Honestly, 3K worth of kale would be pretty entertaining in itself hahah. I wonder how much kale it really is!

@caspian01 1200cals has been hard! I kept that up last year for about 1-2 months. That's when I hit my lowest 128lbs. Then a rebound :( My recent entries actually still average 1300-1400. Working on that :) did you pm me your mfp account? Anyhow, I should get onto more excercises before i up my...

@ddean Heyyy I actually started last year... Then didn't do shit for the past half year or so (you can see it in my MFP diary haha). Therefore, NOW is my day. I just added a bunch of like-minded awesome ladies who want the same for themselves and it's super encouraging to have peers (I used to...

@virtuevirtuous Well if it helps you, I really don't mind. I am not trying to be strictly exclusive anyways. Why don't you go ahead and start a 5'5''+ club?? You tall ladies are gorgeous :) But I'm sure our bodies don't always work the same way lol

@alexanderbuxton Heya! Don't feel discouraged. If you want to join, you are totally welcomed! Personally, I would prefer women of my similar height bc we'd have a closer maintenance calory and may have a more similar journey in terms of eating/excercising etc. Otherwise, the group is open to...
