    If you’re short and skinny (at all), and in your 20s, 30s, or 40s get your bone density checked NOW

    @swpocket I’m in my 40s, I’m the US, in menopause…my doctor won’t order me a dexa. I guess they’re not covered until you’re quite old here. My mom has pretty severe osteoporosis so I’m pushing for it. I do weight bearing exercise to try to offset the damage.

    What are your non scale goals for July/august?

    @uticus Go for a walk every day. Continue Stronger By The Day 3x per week. Improve all 3 big lifts.

    What is your lifting/cardio routine?

    @michaelo Depending on my schedule with appointments after work and whatnot, I typically run M, W, Saturday, and lift Tues/Thursday with Friday and Sunday as rest days (some weeks I mix it up and lift M-W-F and run Tues/Thurs/Sat but I always take Sunday off).

    What are your non scale goals for July/august?

    @ronmon Oh I have a soda goal too, I want to cut back to 1 per day (for now). It’s getting out of control.
