@keala Don't let the girlfriend down ;P. Yeah do what you can. Prioritize in the fitness realm as well. You got this.

@keala Each day is 2 hours usually (more depending on how much I talk) including mobility. Thanks :)! If you enjoy it, cut what's unnecessary (I cut a lot of Reddit time hahaha) and focus on what you want.

ON Jan. 8 2017 I could not even headstand, on Feb. 1 2017 I held a 25 second Handstand. Thanks to you guys at r/bodyweight!

@jeewa123 You definitely will. Also when I saw this I didn't expect great form. While your line could be more open, your form is phenomenal for starting a month ago. Well done man!!! And thanks :)

@lpj Yep! Focused on pulling. Pushing using rings wasn't bad either.

@watergal It took me from Summer of '15 til Summer of '16 to be kinda consistent. Now in winter of '17 can I actually get into a handstand 9/10 times when fresh. It took me a long damn time but it was worth it.

@lpj Preface by saying I'm not a doctor... but for me, what helped was massaging the area and around it, contrast bath (hot water and icy water 30s each for 10 minutes), ibueprofen, mobility work (light and increasing intensity as pain went away), and in general not doing stuff (like handstands)...

[Progress] Just accomplished a long-time powerlifting goal and calisthenics goal (405lb squat and Straddle FL row) @ 6'2" 205lbs

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a major accomplishment I had last night. I hit a 405lb squat and got my first straddle front lever row in the same workout. Here's an instagram video of both (squat is the first video, row is the second): Both could have been slightly cleaner, but I'm...

@lpj It's gotten so much better. Platforms, calisthenics areas, and more lifting space. They're voting on more improvements too. Good stuff.

@m76 Thanks man!! And it's very doable I only use the lower days of 5/3/1. It's a very modifiable program. It's worked great.

@dawn16 A few centimeters is enough to start, get someone to push from your lower mid back and that's I think the best way to do it.

@dawn16 Personally I trained hamstring flexibility, straddle (opening my leg angle), butterfly, and middle splits. Then when I could fold flat I got someone to help me with a partner stretch. That got me to where just recently I got my chest down. I can be more detailed if you need. Elevate your...

Iron cross unlocked after 5 years of struggle

@isop777 Phenomenal man. I’m taking a break from cross training to further myself in other areas. This is extra impressive in regards to your elbow hyper extension and that you’re doing it on long cable rings!!! One thing I’d consider, relative to your shakiness, is to drill wide RTO support...

@faselina I trained it every session pretty much. Now every upper session. It's a skill so train whenever. I didn't take too complicated of an approach to straddle press either. Just trained it and pancake flexibility at least twice a week.

@james_conor Opposing directions allows for a better grip that doesn't allow the bar to rotate out of your hands when the weight gets heavy.
