    @ilovemyfather I used to do after work because I thought I’d be too tired in the morning. But now that I workout before work I am more consistent, and my workouts are the same if not better. So I get up at 4:30, gym from 5:30-7ish, then work from 7-3:30. I work at a power plant, so no such thing...

    Anyone here bulking in their late 30's/40's? How did it go?

    @montexss If you jump back and forth too much you mostly spin your wheels… slow, clean bulk for 2-3 years, then cut. Best thing about being 40’s… no one even cares about abs but you… so enjoy being 15-20% BF and being called ripped.

    What do you do when you miss a workout?

    @mdhess In this scenario I would just do Tuesdays workout, and then continue on as normal. Basically skip the 2 I missed and don’t look back. If I miss just one day, I’ll just move a rest day and adjust for that week. This happens to me a lot with work. But if I miss half a week, I just resume...
