    @lifetips They're about the same price. But I hear you about the risk of hating the Airbike for its sheer brutality and end up not using it.

    @kelster I've done tabatas on ellipticals. Hard to imagine, but I gather this is on a whole different level on an Assault.

    I am a 40 year who trains BJJ 2 or 3 days a week. And now I have begun heavy barbell work also 2 or 3 days a week.
