    Are weighted pull ups even worth it?

    @vinod367 For me weighted pull-ups did a lot for my weighted pull-ups strength wise. For hypertrophy it was just taxing and little return.

    @davwms We are probably on the same page. From a neutral perspective I fuly agree he doesn't look fat. But from a trained athlete that is serious perspective, he is fat and there is never an excuse to look like that.

    Why do gear users have different Protein requirements

    @rogue06 From what I understand the protein synthesis is much faster. On steroids you recover faster/ protein gets synthesized faster. So where a natural body can process only so much protein, on gear that amount changes.
