    @thephilosopher6 So, yes. If you don't burn the fat, you'll have more muscles underneath the fat, but you'll still have the fat on top As for dieting: you'll burn more calories as you gain muscle. It takes energy to have muscle - not just to build it, but to have it. Definitely work on diet...

    @freethinker711 I'm not him, but: The information you need to do just about anything, is online, and findable. Full repair of a car, DIY of anything in your house, health research, advanced meta studies, etc. But, it takes hours to read through and understand it all. I like researching...
