@%CE%A3%CE%B1%CE%BC%CE%BF%CF%85%CE%AE%CE%BB i didn't post a question. dunno, the diet style just didn't work for me. not discrediting evidence at all, just saying i couldn't do it.

@vincenthchough i tried eating about 1:1 protein/kg bodyweight at one point. i just started gaining weight... pretty sure that macronutrient game is defective on my part!

@legendforlife well, at least it's good for flexibility. if there are issues there, i mean. i know i have some, so inbetween heavy sets, i do a bit of unrelated stretchwork (never specific to what i'm training that day).

@legendforlife as an aside, what are people's experience with stretching? i used to do a bit of it, and generic warmup too, but over the years, i find i've no use for it. i just can't feel any difference in my workout.

Form check for the big 4

@marsbars I only get to sort of 60 kg + bar, and then I don't get much further. I can put on a bit more, but that really just means I'll be doing less and less reps... I think my pecs are defective.

Form check for the big 4

@marsbars A hundred? I envy you. My bench stalls at a certain point and I never get further with it. I mean, I know about plateaus, but this feels like an inherent cap or something.
