    @returner I’m gonna have to dig through his book Kettlebell RX, but Jeff Martone is a good resource. He trains martial arts and kettlebells. He’s was one of the early adapters of KB when Pavel first started in the US.

    @mr_loevinger Kettlebells are fun. They’re great for conditioning. Not really anywhere near the best for physique development. Definitely add push ups. And if you’re new to lifting start with chip ups (they also are great for your biceps).
