    @azchowdhury1962 I try to eat my protein first if that makes sense. Start off my day with protein powder and some eggs then lunch is Greek yogurt with oats then dinner is lots of chicken first then some veggies and the rice after

    @mayne70 For me, my goal is consistency! I found a program and I am sticking to it.

    What is your lifting/cardio routine?

    @michaelo I do caroline girvan too but don't necessarily follow her 5 days a week program. I spread it out more but try to work out at least 3 days a week. It took me about 3.5 months to finish her epic heat program instead of 10 weeks but I'm okay with that. I try to also get 6-10k steps a day...

    @johnnyfred1 What do you mean by plateau? Are you not able to progressively overload (lift more weight in this case?), not losing weight (fat?)? What are you trying to achieve?

    @thornbearer Protein will help your muscles recover. You definitely need a balanced diet and more rest
