@biguene I understand Most people don't suggest bulking though until you have a bf % of at least 15%. Mine is definitely over that. Don't you agree?

@gospelofgracetv I don't care about abs either. But I care about having a hard body. It shouldn't be soft to touch, which it is right now.

@mommajulesberry I don't care about society that much. I care about what I think of myself and I don't like how my arms look. not sure what you mean here...what do you mean by "social disadvantage"? Do you mean I am not odd looking?

I do not like how my arms look, especially my forearms. I think they are weirdly skinny. I have been exercising regularly for almost 2 years now and I do pulling (lat pulldowns) and pushing (barbell and dumbell presses) exercises. With these exercises, I think my arms should have become bigger...
