    @ray0174 Jeff frequently recommends bs. He's perfect for beginners that's about it. I remember about a month ago he posted some study supporting 50 sets per MUSCLE per week as optimal volume. Unfortunately any intermediate or advanced lifter has no use for Jeff's videos.

    @mike230 Lifting for strength isn't the same as bodybuilding. Anybody can bulk once and look filled out in a t shirt. Thing is, they won't look good with a shirt off, that's the trade off. The hard part is being big and lean.

    @comyn7 Activity is drastically reduced, which reduces fatigue already. A 300-700 calorie deficit would not have a significant effect on recovery IMO, and the benefits like burning fat, desensitizing metabolism etc seem beneficial.

    @doks How much does a calorie deficit really effect fatigue management especially if I am in the fed state. It is not like I am shredded, my body has reserves it can happily use.
