    @mastoark I did have breaks with working out but I would say the reason I got bigger was Bad diet if I am honest. I gain weight very fast If It dont watch what I eat.

    @pray_daily I would say on average including cardio I exercise 2-3h a day. I did build up slowly. It takes time to get used to so much intensity.

    @drock21x Having low body fat % and hitting abs with proper exercises will do the trick. I recommend L-sit and hanging leg raises/knee raises
