    @audreykate I'm currently getting in about 190g of protein, 138g carbs, and 41g fat. I do a few protein shakes a day with double scoops. I also try to eat lots of seitan and tofu.

    @swim I think the half batches work great. I can't think of other mix ins off the top of my head, but I love to add toppings like crushed sea salt or everything bagel seasoning.

    @swim I love this recipe! I've even made them as blueberry bagels. Just added fresh blueberries in with the first mix.
