    @bunnylightheart some people just walk but yoga or pilates helps me recover better. increasing calories helped me lose weight the fastest.

    @bunnylightheart Increased calories to 1800 a day, only 3-4 days of HEAVY lifting, 10k steps a day, active rest days (spin, yoga, pilates, etc) worked on balancing hormones.
