Frustrated about body size and TDEE

@rossylisy I’m petite too, I’m 5’3. I don’t need as much food to feel satiety as someone who is 6’2. Dreaming of being able to eat beyond what’s required for your body and feeling frustrated because you can’t eat more is definitely not a healthy outlook on food. Food is a source of energy, if...

Frustrated about body size and TDEE

@johnjs37 Well there is a solution. You want to eat more? Work out more, walk more, gain more lean mass so that your TDEE is higher… Eat more on cheat days. Or work with a therapist to see why food is seemingly your main source of pleasure and try to replace it with something else. Or give up...

Stuck in a hotel room for 2 weeks. No equipment, only food options are takeout/microwave. Review my fitness plan?

@totalimmortal I mean... what’s your goal with this fitness plan? I think this is not enough activity/exercises for someone who is locked in the room and doesn’t move much. I worked out at home during quarantine with no equipment at first, too. Just download Adidas Training app, it’s for free...

Haven’t lost any inches despite 5-6 days of exercise for 6-7 weeks

@athleteto To start losing weight you need to understand that a difference of just 200 calories a day can make a huge difference. What workout videos do you find yourself returning to?

@kasham I love their at home exercises with dumbbells! I work out with them almost every day and actually someone recommended them to me in the comment section on Reddit almost a year ago and I’m a huge fan since then!

Any other petite girlies with high deficits?

@disneyaspie But what a visit to a doctor gonna achieve? Doctors are not personal trainers, they are not there to make a meal plan and a work out routine for you. They can only tell you that yes, you are overweight and should lose weight.

Just watched a large man’s “what I eat in a day” IG real and once again mad at how little we can eat

@jerlvster It is a slow and hard learning process but it’s so rewarding. Once you battle the food addiction managing weight becomes so much easier

Any other petite girlies with high deficits?

@disneyaspie Talk to her doctor about what? Her doctor will tell her that she is overweight for her height and age. Nothing she is doing is harmful

Just watched a large man’s “what I eat in a day” IG real and once again mad at how little we can eat

@shieldofangels I don’t see what’s so great about it? Every day he needs to spend so much money on food and so much time on cooking, sounds pretty awful to me. Personally for me the goal is not to eat as much as I can without gaining weight, the goal is to learn to see food as a necessity...
