    What’s the shortest time span you’ve made a progression from a beginner move an to intermediate or advanced move?

    @shelbycmr From 1 muscle up (my first ever) to 6 muscle ups in 3-4 days, although form wasnt great. Probably because i was way strong enough for it, just needed to practice the technique, i did one max attempt every day However to get my first muscle up it took a long time

    @dinkold 20 lbs is nothing fir the long run. Unless you are willing to buy another one once you progress, i'd avoid that one
