    @cow_boy Crazy numbers. I'm nowhere near that and I've been at it for 7 to 8 months. I'm not sure how can you fit all those sets and reps in 1h 45m though.

    2.5 year calisthenics transformation from nothing

    @lamnhi This certainly is a great motivation for me. Started at calisthenics and in general at working out properly with 31yo, four or five months ago, and seeing your progress I realise that perhaps I'm not too late to archive something! Cheers.

    @dontdosadness This is nice, would have loved this when I started the RR about 7 months ago. Really good work, and personally looking forward to the other routines that will hopefully be released during 2021!

    Why am I so muscular but not that strong?

    @daughterofaking I have the same issue but I think we just overrated ourselves. Keep working and the strength will come. Seeing your workout I wouldn't call your weak anyway, specially for how little time you have been working out.
