    @mlenadc Afaik the minimum dose is 6g for the gym. If I were you I would try 6g. 1.5 to 3 g for erectile dysfunction.

    @lamporful I’m currently doing full body 2x/weeks. This gives me plenty of time for martial arts like mma and bjj.
