    @walton Just out of curiosity - if your stated goal is muscle tone, then wouldn’t your goal weight be slightly low, or simply hard to achieve? Muscle is heavy! And trying to lose weight whilst gaining muscle at the same time is kinda hard. Changing your current weight (more or less) into muscle...
