    @ablessedwoman If your eating 1 o2 lbs of ground beef a day your calories are going to be well above 2300...especially with 8 eggs mixed in there

    @cybernetic From expereience, too much volume and you will make little to no gains as a natural, there is a sweet spot with volume and calorie intake...you need to find yours
