    @awoods88 Shit happens. But remember calorie is not a day to day thing but it's long term overall deficit to burn rate that counts towards total fat loss.

    @americandeist All markets and Costco sell a whole rotisserie chicken for $6-10 and that's a lot of chicken. I get one sometimes when I'm lazy and I just need a lot of protein.
