    @ederz15 No. All of the evidence shows for hypertrophy it doesn't make a difference. Idk why people feel the need to make things needlessly complex.

    What is more impressive? 225 bench x 8 or 315 squat x 8?

    @spykat19 Pretty close but by comparing powerlifting results, and using the most accurate 1RM calculator, the squat is slightly more impressive. A bench of 230 x 8 would be equiv to a squat of 315 x 8.

    @janhope 3 is not okay. If you can’t do 6x do another program. 3x full body is way better than 3x PPL.

    @chophaslir It's enough for him to lose at least 4kg, probably up to 6kg if he wants to push his luck. If you aren't a fat piece of shit, 6kg will absolutely transform your physique.

    @sriad Could probably do even more tbh. 215s is pretty big, I’d be aiming to lose at least 2lbs a week, maybe more if it’s a bit of a crash. I’d sacrifice potentially a little muscle mass to be absolutely peeled for a once a year event.
