@jonjones229 I wish these events had a wide angle viewing option for the broadcast so you could actually watch the full heats compete. While it's nice watching athletes get water out of the cooler, I think I'd rather watch the two athletes on the floor racing for 3rd place.

@dcpdendo However, it gave more recovery time between Helena and the 5K to the earlier heats. Those heats can get body work, food, and be laying down in their hotel bed by the time the last heat was starting.

@012546 Not a fan of "choose your own rep scheme" workouts for competitions like that thruster/muscle up workout. It adds a massive variable of strategy that doesn't relate to finding the fittest.
