    @made2worship Once you use it for a couple of weeks, it will really narrow down the right calorie amount. Mine is slow, but my TDEE isow so my deficit range is low. but it’s working.

    How do I eat more?

    @langley7 Haha, I hate being hangry. My TDEE is surprisingly low, around 1550 on average so that’s my maintenance. I’m 5’3, 125 lbs now, and 49. My goal is to lower my body fat while keeping my damn hormones balanced.

    @langley7 I would love to have cutting calories at 1800! I’m at 1293-1305 for my cut! I’m used to it now but man, what I would add with 500 more calories.
