[Transformation/Progress] roughly a year of the RR, Calisthenics and weighted Calisthenics

@xsnapdeadx I have little experience with making routines and change it up quite often, do you have any suggestions?

@neptune4 Thank you! I do hope so aswell, to be honest I have seen the most "gainz" in my discipline and seeing something pay off long term isn't something I have experienced too much before (didn't study much in school and video games are also all about that instant endorphine release), so that...

@paul500 Haha you got me there, true I just didn't want to go out into the snow so I started working out indoors but the presence of my Laptop slowly stopped that.

@brahms Sure, will do that once I am back home in about 6-7 hours. Might take a bit longer since I'll have to figure out how to get my screenshot onto imgur etc

@panheadphil Haha I originally wanted to grow it out really long but it was too voluminous so I decided to get rid of it, thanks!

@daviadson Switch it up and don't let your muscles get used to the progressions is what I do, I did Ice Cream makers, holding the FL part as long as possible (half a second or so) and tuck FL mostly. I can also advice to do cycling FL as soon as you can do the one legged for a bit longer...

@thomaslowrens Oh yes! I remember now, I didn't pay any attention to it, but keeping the elbow closer really does make them cleaner, thanks! I occasionally will do Handstand Push Ups for my Push set (early on, either first or second exercise). False grip just rubs me the wrong way, it feels...

@thomaslowrens Actually I feel like I am much stronger at pushing, aside from lats. My biceps is not really that strong in comparison, which is why I started incorporating Chin-Ups into my routine, I feel like they isolate the biceps more. I read the corresponding comments and this is my OAP...

@2consider I don't really have a plan when I set up my workouts, they might very well be far from optimal, do you have any advice aside from dips first? I'll think of it, thanks!

@holy_venom95 I am a pretty impatient person when it comes to activity, so when I started out I always tried to max out my explosiveness as opposed to tut, this did a great deal and the first time I got a muscle up I actually did 3, because I hadn't tried it in a while and suddenly it was very...
