    @fullofglory Ive heard low fat milk can cause insulin imbalance. Anyways it caused acne flare ups while i was consuming it, so switched to toned or full fat milk

    @rosebud921 Also replace one curl exercise (besides hammer curl) with pronated grip curls. It will help with forearms and outer bicep growth, and you’ll train all areas of the biceps in a week.

    @rosebud921 I feel like you should include one more exercise for glutes, especially since you skip leg day sometimes. Glutes help you in running, walking and climbing taira with ease.

    @nsurridge There’s too many exercises that work front delt in push day imo. You might wanna include lateral raises there. They will also passively work your traps a little.

    @justneverendingproblems21 From what Ive seen in hrx classes, there’s not enough cardio for weight loss nor strength training for muscle gain in there. You’ll be more successful with a 3 day PPL program with intense cardio twice a week.
