“Renaissance periodization has jumped the shark” - Alex Bromley. Any thoughts on this video?

@lovely_krystal86 Mike's whole ideology is "We get super sciencey and nerdy over this shit to try to make time spent as close to 100% as optimal as possible, but like, keep lifting heavy shit, eating ,sleeping, keep improving, avoid major injury, do that for 20 years, and you'll also get...

Kid refused to spot me today, so I returned the favor

@aeri20 On another note, there is no way I'm letting some 17 year old noobie spot me on bench press if I can avoid it. Even a lot of experienced adults are shitty spotters, but the chances are just way too high with the new kid. I can see it now: either my shoulder giving out, or getting...

6'3/M/20 - 187 lbs, 13-15% BF - My goal is to get to 243 lbs (110 kg) and 8-10% BF, would appreciate advice!

@luxchmi The physique you're hoping for is most likely impossible without drugs. You're talking stage-ready Scwharzenegger numbers No doubt you can still train and get big/look great But I'm not sure you understand how much muscle tissue that is at those body fat percentages

If you had to pick ONE cable chest fly variation below, which would you pick and why?

@blondie977 They suck and take a long time, but I'm doing single arm (slightly below) horizontal cable flies because they have the most massive range of motion (can bring it the whole way across your body)
