    @skiesofaetherius There is evidence of benefit for cut/recomp to go higher, but for normal gains the 0,8 is fine. The benefit drops significantly going over 1g/pound so it’s more of a personal eating prefference at that point. For me, I love high protein foods, but going much over 1g/pound...

    I did GtG with weighted dead bugs for 3 months and got a lot of core strength gains

    @hebrewrootwife Probably ankle weights. Bands work as well. Another option is holding a weight straight up with your arms, helps with removing the lats from the equation, I think.
