    @kt71 Yeah, strange to get so many downvotes in a fitness related sub. You’d think suggesting active transportation would be better received here.

    @phoenixofthesun24 I didn’t mean to be condescending at all. True, I don’t the their situation, but I’m pretty sure if they had the will they could find a way to bike 2 miles to CrossFit. Heck, even a warm-up jog would be good as well. I try encouraging as many people to bike as possible...

    @nith You drive 2 miles to the gym? Try biking; it’s a great warm up and you’ll get there about just as fast.
