    How many exercises do you do for a muscle group and why?

    @orthodox_christian 2-4 per movement pattern. You can hit the muscle from a different angle mainly recruiting different fibers

    Increased my sleep from 0-6 to 6-8 hours and it did not make any difference at the gym

    @dearlyloved I have the same experience but with diet instead. Tried higher protein/clean eating but didnt make a difference.
