    @professorphrink Solide results mate, congratulations! I do have a comment about that part tho In May you were squatting 40kg (20kg bar I assume (?) with 2*5kg plates), now it's 60 kg.

    @godofreason Because 1/ Not everyone's got the same objectives as you do, 2/ A lot of people don't know what they're doing, the vast majority of people using app's pre-made training programs just don't know how to plan and it's expected when you start a new sport, and 3/ Fake reviews.

    Too Much Volume?

    @4eyedfenix That's not a "back and shoulder" program mate, it's close to full body. Muscle is built at rest, give them at least 48h of rest before exercising the same one again.

    How does progressive overload ACTUALLY work?

    @swinswin Let's not forget that we all started at some point, you're not benching 135 for 20 reps when you just started the gym. Social medias bend our perception of what's normal, and a newby that never did physical exercise in his life isn't going to bench 135. You see people starting there...

    What are your favorite types of sets?

    @orthodox_christian 1 warm up set of 12 reps with a weight I can get a good squeeze from then 2 or 3 sets to failure with a weight that gets me between 6 and 10 reps.
