    @richardtus The biggest difference I've noticed is cooked oats go through me a lot faster and I'm hungry sooner. Vs overnight raw oats keep me full longer. Tbh the biggest reason we do overnight is for the convenience.

    P 32 C 60 F 15 1 cup rolled oats, 1 scoop Sunwarrior protein powder, 1 Tbsp chocolate sunbutter, soy milk. It's not glamorous but it is effective!
