    @supernova1044 It’s probably to do with the general misconception that your metabolism changes as you get older, it’s not correct. The only metabolism change happens way later on around 60 and even then it’s not super significant. The one thing that does happen, is you start to have age related...

    What’s your favorite physical activity?

    @ludlow I danced for about 10 years on and off as a kid/young teen and loved it and then I started to feel shy and anxious and stopped and I always thought about getting back into it but I’m worried I will also suck now haha

    @seekingredemption This makes total sense because on their website they talk about sodium a lot but if you are not sweating heaps, you don’t need the extra sodium.

    A weird trick I just discovered

    @mihai_1991 Your pee turns yellow because your body doesn’t absorb all the vitamin and excretes it out of your body. All water soluble vitamins will do this. B and C are big culprits for it
