    @dawn16 Because they haven’t yet spent a million hours researching physiology on the Internet, don’t understand water retention, and think it’s fat gain.

    @adriana28 I encourage everyone who tells me they weigh once a week to do it more often than that. At least two days in a row, so if you have a one day that is totally whack you aren’t all depressed about it. Really though, if weight is something you’re going to watch, I’d suggest you weigh...
