    @440281/ When you’re home, do push-up as often as possible. I’m more into yoga but when I’m home I’ll bang out some push-ups randomly throughout the day. My strength isn’t where I’d like it to be, I’m way more into yoga so I’m trying to improve on that. I can do about ten regular pushups...
