    IMO, the sub name has to be changed. 90% of the posts here are in the wrong sub

    @marvin54 Completely agree and what’s more, a lot of the weight/body posts seem to stem from a poor body image instead of an interest in bw fitness. Most of those issues posted won’t be fixed by any amount of squats or pull-ups.

    @harmonmarie I really like Hindu push-ups: lots of muscles being involved while your flexibility gets some attention too.

    @steve777 Inverted rows, stretches, wall slides, anything to work the scapular. I love push-ups but in this case I object because going for a million will overwork the front, risking lasting damage, whilst providing very little extra benefits the first 100k couldn’t provide.

    @dawn16 There’s simply no way this is healthy or useful. People in this sub are advertising all the ways they are wrecking themselves and a majority of comments are tips on how to wreck themselves better.

    @withwonderingawe Feel like this article is relevant here. TL;DR: it’s not posture but moving you should be worrying about.
