Program Review - nSuns LP 4 & 5 Day Program

@tryingtounderstand That's some solid progress! Don't stress about your DL, everyone has a weak lift! Mine is clearly squats, ugh. Even though I really love lifting heavy, I don't have any long term goals to get into powerlifting, and over the past few days I really thought through my...

@alexhunting Thank you!! Glad you're loving it! I really watched my rest times and tried to superset as much as possible (more doable on upper days). But it definitely took awhile to get through!

@susanedgar37 Just curious what your second favorite lift is? Since squats is #1 of course! PS - Thank you for SBTD! I hit a 315 deadlift during the test week in October of 2019 before I got pregnant and had a baby. Still one of my all time favorite moments I'm most proud of!

    DEXA Results: 29F, 5'5", 126.1 lbs, 18.4% BF

@tinabugs77 Take a look at this chart on body fat % for DEXA scans, this is from Lyle McDonald (so it's solid info). The "older" methods he's comparing the DEXA to, are things like calipers. So if calipers were showing you around 12%, the DEXA scan putting you at 18% is exactly what you should...

    I was promised endorphins

@romans5to8 I don't see anyone mentioning yet that your total calories are probably low? Even if we assume 130g carbs, 100g of protein, and 60g of fat (which I'm guessing is actually more than you're aiming for), that's only totaling under 1,500 total calories. Of course you're tired! Also...
