TBSP Milled Flax Seeds
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 Raisins
1/4 Shredded Carrots
Dash of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Drizzle of maple syrup
1 cup oat milk
Berries on top...
