Thats always been my question. If my ideal weight say according to BMI is 185 should I been consuming the protein for that weight. Or do I need to add protein for each lb of extra fat I have as well?
@thisisme123 If you're going to do Hi Intensity, don't focus on distance. Do something like a 2-minute brisk walk. Sprint at a 12 or whatever you can handle without the risk of falling off for 30 seconds, walk for 30 seconds and repeat the whole thing like 5 to 7 times. Now you have a...
