    To those of you who feel you've mastered pushing to true failure, do you get grindy reps no matter the exercise?

    @austin998877 OHP is 100% lights out. Happened this morning. Thought “yeah 1 more rep let’s go!!” And went to push and the bar was heavier than mjolnir.

    @luca02 Makes sense. So a warm up routine like 8/4/2 then main lift then reverse pyramid ?
