    @fsuchick Notice 35kb, meaning 35# kb, not 35kg which to my knowledge doesn’t even exist. I gotta spell it out for my dude here cuz he thinks I’m confusing 35 pounds with 77.16 pounds.

    @jesusrules1978 I’ve been doing S&S for years. I’ve come to realize it wasn’t enough for me, but rather the bare minimum. I’ve added a variety of exercises over the years. Specifically for those muscles I do rows, pushups and pull-ups.
