    @dontdosadness Yes!!! I have no interest in levers or skills and just want a routine that gives muscle but doesn't have progressions I don't like The weighted bwf is perfect for me

    @fredric777 Have you considered a personal trainer? It helped me get on track with my fitness goals and answered alot of questions I had about fitness

    @huffy It works for close grip/ shoulder width pull ups, at the top of the movement you’d squeeze
