    @kandantinc Sure thing. TDEE is just an estimate anyway, so tracking what you eat and weight changes over time is really the most accurate way anyway. Good luck!

    @kandantinc Like any kind of exercise, it's going to vary based on your size, how much effort it takes for you to do the task, etc. If you're really concerned about the numbers, you could get a heart rate monitor (like the polar chest strap) and that would give you a better idea than anything...

    @legendforlife 5'4" (and a half!), 24, and 130 lbs, trying to recomp/lower my body fat % (and maybe drop another 5 or so). mellifluous_baker if you or anyone else would like to add me! My food diary is public, and I'm aiming for about 1652, working out 2 - 3x per week (2x strength, 1x dance cardio).

    @tina_p Part of what's happening is that you're only seeing the lowest numbers each time then :) if you tracked every time you weighed in either loseit or a trendline app, you'd see more of the fluctuations and hopefully a little swing each way wouldnt be so disheartening
