    @namibia Rice beans and grilled chicken/cooked ground meat Stir fry with egg noodles, lean protein, mixed veggies Egg/egg white scrambled with spiced carrots and cabbage and some cheese Yoghurt, frozen fruit, jelly Protein porridge I legit lost 15kgs eating a variation of those 4 meals

    @angel41 Can you share which foods you're eating? I'd suggest increasing your fibre intake slightly, rule of thumb I use is 10g of fibre per 1000 calories, so for you that would be 16-17g of fibre. Fibre will keep you full and keep your bowels operating like clockwork.

    @bobwhite i hear you on the beans. towards the end of my cut, was making a bean stew and having that with grilled chicken for lunch now im on a surplus, ive been using refried beans (canned) with rice and chicken and oh my it is my favourite meal of the day! i've been meaning to make my own...
